A sought-after stylist and advisor for high-touch color and cuts in San Francisco & Los Angeles, Armando Sarabia serves as a partner in producing your best look. Starting as a cosmetologist in the 90s - always driven as a visual artist - Armando interprets client needs with a mind for dimensions, depth, shapes, forms, color, texture, and movement. 

Now with 30 years experience, Armando specializes in hair and makeup for entertainment, film, corporate, and bridal. He serves as both a stylist and advisor, taking the time to really get to know his client and their vision for success. 

A long-time educator (and unofficial life coach for many clients), Armando encourages and motivates everyone around him to reach the highest potential and uphold the highest standards.

And with experience as an academy admissions director, Armando also has an eye for talent, spotting and nurturing, tailoring teams per needs, and now overseeing his own salon academy.

Armando founded Get Your Do Up in 2001, to offer on-location hair, makeup, consulting, and styling services. Whether maximizing a look or creating a new image-defining style, his teams have worked with and for Fortune 100 corporations, top-tier entertainment events (the Academy Awards and more), countless celebrity weddings.

His work’s been featured on covers of Today’s Bride and in American Salon magazine, and he was named “The One to Watch” in Northern California by Condé Nast Brides magazine.
